I like to see where folk are from and how they fall on us, and one from America had searched "how big will a Staffordshire Bull Terrier be"
The golden question or one of many questions, now is the Standard a blue print or a guide line depends which side of the fence you sit on if your dog is 18" you will say its a guide line if your dog is around 16" you will say its the Blue print
So 16" is desirable but not carved in stone....
Weight again the same principle 38lbs is supposed to be the top weight for a male and 34 lbs for a bitch now it happens for us on the whole that's what we breed Bang on standard but we also have bred out of the standard as well and know of a young male who inch for inch is a stunning boy but happens to be a big boy and from time to time to this will happen

Mum and pup's are doing great and have a couple of thumping nice headed boys in there as can tell already and the bitches are really very femme fatale..LOL

I'm at a show next Sunday with Tilly going with my friend Terry and her dog Ralphie babe and Tilly's sister is also entered so will be really nice and as I have already met her she is a real head turner, taller than Tilly but dead the same the only difference being she seems more calmer than nutty fruitcake Tilly....I swear Tilly is becoming more hyper the older she gets she has head butted and dived at several folk now whilst out walking and thankfully she isn't a heavy lump so most have just laughed at her and she does these back flips now as well, her latest is to run back to you and back flip off your legs and its every couple of minutes she gives you a kiss as well and though she makes contact with you she never seems to hurt you....She makes me howl some of the things she does and she doesn't miss a trick and is as quick as lightning to bombing up stairs onto your bed, plonks her head on the pillow and then puts her paws on your face...And when her and Tag get together its bedlam they wrestle all the time but I enjoy watching them as long as its not at the top of the stairs mind you....
